Return and exchange policy
bajieshopping will accept return or replacement of goods as long as the return or replacement of goods is initiated within 21 days after the delivery date of the order, and those goods in a new state, without repair, without modification and without loss of customer. For a full refund or replacement, please send your goods within 21 days of receipt of the original order. Please note that the refund does not include freight charges. Goods exchanged within 21 days of receipt of the original order will be charged with return freight. All bajieshopping tags must still be connected and must be placed in their original bajieshopping, such as shoe boxes and dust bags.
How to return or exchange your order:
As long as you use after contact our customer service team we provide the prepaid return label, we will be for all the return and exchange (except Hawaii and Alaska) provide free ground transportation. If you wish to exchange your goods for other goods, you must return the original goods separately and buy new ones.
Apply for returns at www.oboko.tw and print the return labels provided. Put the label on the outside of the shipping box. If a carrier is not available in your area or you do not wish to use it to return or replace your goods, you can use any other traceable method at your expense. Please ensure the complete retail value of the packed transport product as we are not liable for any loss incurred in the course of shipment.
Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 working days.
The refund will be made in the form of original payment and will be refunded if the same credit card is used for purchase. Although we will handle the return within 3 working days from the date of receiving the goods, the refund may take 10 working days depending on the processing time of the bank. The differences between card issuers can be huge, and unfortunately we can’t influence that.
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, starting with their placement date/time. If an order is placed before 10am eastern time, in most cases it will be processed and shipped on the same day. Shipment may take longer during very busy seasons and during major launches.
